I remember all the Dyestaters who claimed she wouldn't really file suit and that the threat was just a pr ploy.

They were DEAD WRONG.

Of all the athletes in baseball, track, football, etc...who have been accused of steroid use...she's the ONLY ONE to file suit to clear her name.

Notice that Raffy, Sosa or McGwire didn't dare sue Canseco.

So far...she's only guilty of being a poor judge of character in selecting associates.

You seem to hate anything American. If she's guilty, than treat her as the rest are treated. But you haven't liked her from day one. Everything we've heard is hearsay. If that convicts anyone, then we all are guilty of something. You're becoming a gadfly, seriously.

You know I have been a Marion Jones fan since she was in HS....Unless I have missed something in the steriod case, because I really haven't been keeping up w/it....IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE THAT SAYS SHE TOOK ANY PERFORMANCE ENHANCING SUPPLEMENTS...or are they just basing it on ONE person's assertion that he gave her steriods...If that is the case...her name should be cleared and case close. It doesn't make since that this lady gets cruicified and bad press because her ex husband and BF have been caught using, I have friends & family members that were/are addicts but that doesn't make me an addict....so if her hubby and BF took roids doesn't make her a roid user. People only say she using steriods because Monty and CJ took them and this Conte who claims he gave some to her but can't produce ANY evidence that says he did...He just trying to save his on AZZ....

Who cares what people speculate, people have been wrong in the past. This is only making it harder for her to get back on track after all this whole mess if she is afterall innocent.

Then her lawsuit become THAT MUCH MORE VALID and she will prove to everyone TWICE how wrong they were...but have the financial benefits of doing so.
