You can't. It has to be on a website.

You can also upload saved pictures to websites such as photobucket and use the URL from there to "use it from a website."

i used to have no problem posting pics but now all of a sudden it's not working. i used to click the little mountain key on the tool bar and paste the url but now when i click the little mountain key, the box doesn't come up to paste the url of the pic. anyone know why this is happening?

Look under the tools drop down menu, that's where that thing is for me.

sorry, but it's still not working. normally when i click the mountain tool, a box would pop up in upper left and i would copy the pics url. now when i click the tool, the letters [IMG] come up where you would type your message to post. the box to copy the url into doesnt pop up anymore. thanks for the help.

Paste the URL after and then click the "Close Current Tag" or just type "" after the URL.

When you start a thread, there's a box toward the bottom that you check to say "Yes! Post a poll." Hit "Submit Thread" and it will let you start making the poll.
