Thinking about what college to go to?

You might want to consider Missouri University(Tigers) an NCAA Div 1 school.

After their second outdoor meet they have 4 throwers ranked in the top 25 nationally in the Hammerthrow:

4 Jason Morris SO Missouri
10 Chris Rohr SO Missouri
13 Tyler Dailey SO Missouri
25 Bobby Musil JR Missouri

Notice the top three are sophmores! They will be throwing next year possibly with you! And the next year after that!



They have 5 throwers ranked in the top 40 nationally in the shot:

18 Nate Englin SO Missouri
19 Chris Rohr SO Missouri
23 Bill Hobson JR Missouri
37 Tyler Dailey SO Missouri
40 Adam Burla SR Missouri

I might also point out Christian Cantwell is an MU Alumni that lives in Eldon, MO and trains with these guys regularly!


In the Discus there are 3 currently ranked nationally:

24 Bobby Musil JR Missouri
39 Jason Morris SO Missouri
41 David Borchardt SO Missouri

I know Chris Rohr personally. I watched him throw 209' 6" in HS. I feel sure he will be ranked in the very near future.


These rankings mean they have already qualified for regionals in the event in which they are ranked!

MU also has excellent throws camps(one in July and one in the fall). I might see you there!

did chris rohr have a brother that threw the discus in the 200's? because I think i remember from last year a Danny Rohr on dyestat elite....or maybe it was just the same last name I dunno?

No relation. Danny is from California.

I believe Chris and Danny actually competed against each other at the adidas Outdoor Championships in 04. Chris won the discus with 209' 8". Danny got 3rd in shot with 63' 4.25" as a junior.
