is wrong as it was, the whole finger stunt was a brilliant idea to get money out of a company through an lawsuit

The way that woman abuses the legal system sickens me.
She also ruined Wendys chili for a lot of people, all chili infact. I rarely eat chili, but I bet this finger story will pop in my mind at some point. Not exactly an appetizing thought.
I will agree with you though TI83, that's a fairly decent scam.

I hope Wendy's can recover, they are pretty much the only fast food burger joint I can still stomach, anyone remember the Jack in the Box E-coli ordeal, at one point they were so desperate for business you could get a cheeseburger, fries, and a taco for $1.

Well, Wendy's pulled out the marketing stops to regain some of those lost customers, so for this weekend you and all of America can get a free Jr. Frosty at any Wendy's.
I wonder if we'll ever see a 'Burger-gate' whereby one company purposefully plants something in a rival’s food product to decimate them.
The marketplace is getting that ridiculous.
