conditions: windy Windy WINDY! yet also very sunny...good temperatures... 60's?
*all times are approximate...i was standing on the other side of the field taking pictures.. :)
Boys:
3200m 1st Bennet Grimes(10:01)
2nd Eric Follet (10:06)
recap: Bennet lead from start to finish...again..huge last lap.. i think i coulda gone under 940 today...even with the wind... yet his 800 in the medley was soon after so that probably wouldnt have been to smart ;)
800m 1st Eric Follet (2:03)
2nd Trevor Gardner (2:06)
1600m 1st Bennet Grimes (441)
2nd Ben Larsen (445)
recap: jv runners lead first 400... Ben Laren then lead till 300m to go, where Bennet Grimes unleashed the dragon!!! MONSTER KICK! SERIOUSLY!!! the middle laps were very slow do to windy conditions and already running the 3200...and the 800 in the medly for grimes.(208split)
***Chio lopez was at a soccer tourney in Boise cuz his team was very short on players due to ACT's. If he was here. i believe taht he and bennet would have pushed the pace and those two including Larsen would have ran much faster...Bennet had a lot left in the 3200 and 1600
