Randy Barnes' record is 75-10.25

Not anyone who wasn't on steroids anyways...i.e. Barnes

I think Alekna or Fazekas can break the disc record, but I think Alekna would have to do it in the next few years, he's getting old. I used to think Riedel might, but he's older now too.

Nobody touches that shot record in the forseeable future.

The jav was re-weighted and will never fall.

That hammer record has definitely held the tests of time. Yuri was a 3-turner and was immensely quick and technical, probably the best throwing technician ever. I don't see it going down any time soon.

May 22, 2004 73-4 at Home Depot Invitational(6 throws over 70')

June 5, 2004 73-11.50 at Adidas Oregon Track Classic(his first throw)

June 18, 2004 73-0 at Titan Games, Atlanta GA (his first throw)

Shot Putters generally peak at 29 years of age. Christian is 26 and coming back from knee surgery. I would not rule him out!

Yeah, actually I do agree on Cantwell. He is a hoss and is a great technician.

Am I missing something? When was Barnes found to be on roids?

I mean everyone kinda knows he did. It was before they tested a lot and I just think he did for some reason.

Barnes got caught on steriods after he failed a test only a couple of months after he set the record.

Discus will be broken, the followed shortly after (within 2 years) with a low 76' throw

or...a man-child will be born which will break both...if he's discovered at a young age ;p

I got the chance to meet Randy Barnes a couple of days ago. He is still huge. I weigh 240 and he makes me look small.

He was very nice and gave me some throwing tips.
