John Jay wins 4xmile at Somers Invite

Be it said that I am on John Jay. We went into the race knowing we would be running by ourselves the whole race, but we were trying to get a time to qualify for Nationals. We ran 18:16 almost breaking Arlington's old meet record of 18:14 and set our school record. Our second leg was sick so he ran a good 10 sec off what he's capable of. Anyone think we'll get in with that time?

qualifying is 17:55 i believe

my team will be running it next monday

we have PR's of 4:24, 4:27, 4:34, and 4:36

thats a 18:01, so hopefully we can run some PR's and go under 18

i think they except teams that havent reached that mark tho, so it may get you in
