Had a Good weekend for everyone at Mountain View. The weather was beautiful on Thursday for the 3200 and the Sprint prelims.

Friday was really cold and windy and rainy and snowy and basically really bad.
had the 1600 and all the other finals.

if you can run a 4:20, you can run a 9:20.

haha we are looking to go to Golden west at the end of the season. I am planning on running the 3200 there. I am excited. hopefully run under 9:20

No, you can run a 9:20 earlier than Golden West. Elevate your thinking Bolinder!

You just ran a 4:20 solo! If you choose to step up to the plate you can run 9:20, even by yourself. Outback make it happen.

seriously nick...you don't need any kind of big invite to run fast! youve been running alone all year! run 920s at your next dual meet!! start building your brain power now and at sea level w/ competition you could be much faster than 920!!!

i cant wait to go sub 9 at the Golden West! its only 54 seconds away!!! not too bad! im excited!!

i went sub 9 in the first grade............in the mile that is! the 2 mile is just a race for people who like to get really confused and dizzy.......i do that with drugs!:D

we dont have any more dual meets......

but I see what your saying.

outback will be fun!

this week is Boise relays so all relay events. lot of fun!!

and tomorrow is Johns Favorite DAY!!!
