Sounds like me haha. I did multi's soph year and I threw 160 in disc, 50 in shot, and ran the 400 in about 52.5.

haha i dont know about that....discus seems to be my thing but next year i want to hit 65 and after that i dunno....we'll just wait and see...mannnnnnnnnnnn 81 is so far I don't think anyone will ever break it.

i thought 77 was the "official record". i heard he threw 81 in a summer meet out of season or something

He threw the 81 at the golden west which is like the best meet to do something like that at, and at that track I think they keep like a flag at where it hit those of you going to the golden west look for it.
