XC runner 69 and run4 69 need to remember that negative thoughts and statements will NEVER produce postive results. Knock these negative statements off! and concentrate on the positive.

yea with all distance runners!!!! between the three of us (Me, John, Bryant)

we are hoping to go 1/2 in all three races (800, 1600, 3200)

this will be tough but we know a state championship depends on it and we will rise to the occasion!!!!

the 1600 will be tough for all of us because for John and I it will be our third race and for Bryant it will be his FOURTH!!!!!!

It will be tough for us to do and we will need some help from our sprinters...

some good points in teh 4x200 and some points in teh 100 and 200

hopefully some of those guys can step up here at districts and state and help us out!!!!!!!

Borah will be tough to beat but with sean not at full strength it takes away a lot of quality points!!!!!!!!!

Funny, thing. Last summer I began predicting Boise XC boys and girls would be #1. I even ranked them as top for Idaho. I even argued with a prominent Idaho coach about it. I claimed Boise was the standard for Idaho distance running and they would be hard to beat. I was heckled...proof is in the results.

So here I go again, Boise IS the standard for Idaho track & field. I have to go for Boise for both state titles. Let it be known that I believe if any team wishes to take those team titles you must beat Boise to do it. Or settle for 2nd place.

Go Boise!!! Run your best races!

Boise will be tough to beat...but they are beatable. The Idaho State meet
may turn out surprising in the end.

In response to runbob, i am optimistic about the events i am in (Medley, 800, 1600). However, i have no control over what other people do in events like discus, 100m, 4x100 etc . . . bolinder34 needs to pull his head out of u no where (and stop sucking up and being so cocky) and realize that while he's a dominant individual, it will be pretty effing amazing if Boise pulls off the team win. maybe i'm wrong and i'll be happy if i am but i'm not going to believe it til people pull their s*** together and do great things!

Taht is a great site you put together but I think the order you put our names and our times is unfair because it makes it look like I ran the 1:56 and John ran the 1:59. It is a great site but that is just my suggestion!!!

well we all know who got the title........Borah........and they deserve it cuz they're much more of a true track team (with athletes scoring in just about every event) unlike boise which obviously has its strengths and weaknesses (and it doesn't take a genius to know what those strengths and weaknesses are!!!!!)
