What is your PR in the 100 meters, obviusly the fastest ones should be from long jumpers... :)

my best hand timed 100 meters was: 11.19
and my best 100 time in a meet is: 11.59

I ran 11.5 over last summer, hand timed, when i wasn't really training at all..

I haven't run an open 100m for a long time during the high school season, but for what its worth (which is little to nothing), I've had a couple 4x100m anchor leg splits between 10.8-11.2...

Mmm... I run the 100 meters in the trainings, but just because I´m part of the 4x100, but there´s a lot of time ago that I don´t check one in a meet, I´m in the same situation as Aidan, I check that electronic time in january, when I was finishing the pre-season activitie... well I want to see the time of the best jumpers on the dyestat forum :D

I'm a high school senior (18 yrs old). My long jump PR is 22-5.5. I don't triple jump. I know I can go mid 23's but I don't really have my jumping form together and my mark is still very inconsistent.

Why not make it the Tri-state area? It'd be a good way to compare inter-state competition, get more people involved, and save me the trouble of making an NJ one.:D
