Looks like the prodigy has pulled off the miracle and is going to state and runnign again, noticed he is registered with a 4:29 and 9:46, simply amazing.

2nd at state today...950??? very slow state performance...the ones who were able to run fast today (mainly bolinder) just saved there stuff for the 1600

It was extremely hot yesterday and humid! it had been hot all week but not humid like it was. not making excuses!! but that heat was brutal

As for Armon... I have a ton of respect for that guy! he is a very tough kid. to come back from something like that is absolutly amazing!!! I am excited for todays 1600!!!!

running is just running, its just that Track=Gay and XC=not gay, i mean, running in circles more than twice is kinda....dumb?:cool:

and yes, Mike Armon is simply amazing! ive never known ne one to come back from a serious injury such as Mikes, and then get 2nd in the 3200 and 3rd in the 1600?!?!?!?!?! After what he accomplished at state this year after recieving his injury, i couldn't imagine what he would've done if he was 100%. Hopefully hes back up there again when XC comes around!! after seein him at state track i have no doubt he'll be the favorite to win state XC next year, or atleast be in the top 2.:D
