Craig Fory's ran 4:12 split indoors on a DMR for Colt's Neck NJ. that team also won NSIC DMR, placed in 4 x 8, and ran like 5th fastest all-time this winter. forys broke the frosh national indoor 3200 meter record last year running 9:20. he's a monster.

Who is missing?

Under 9:16.8 in the 3200, 9:20 in the two mile makes the Dyestat Elite cutoff. For some reason, under 8:45 in the 3000 makes the cutoff, although that is a far easier standard. 8:38 would be equivalent, in my opinion.
