I only lift 2-3 hours a week in season, but throw for about 1.5 hours a day, half shot/ half disc.
Definitley(spelling?) not enough throwers.

Last summer all I really did was workout
I would go throw in the morning right when I woke up for an hour or two depending on how I was feeling that day, then I would go to the gym and lift for about 3 to 4 hours with a 30 minute break in the middle to rest a little bit.
I didn't lift for so long ever day because i felt like working really hard, I did it because it is my favorite hobby and i had nothing else to do the entire day.

let's see....
*makes mental checks...*
of actual working (not waiting around), probably 2 to 2 1/2 hours
but being there, more like 3 1/2 hours
i envy the distance kids...they're always out right when we head to the weight room for another 1 1/2 hours of torture : )
