those who want to see how they stack up with runners from other regions and get a pr and go big. and idaho's season is over...but with the 3200m winning in 943, i think idaho has A TON more to prove

Good luck to the idaho athlete going to Golden West . . . they better represent idaho (hopefully not as a pussy state). Anyway giterdun right!

Here's the latest on my stress whatever . . . i cant run til july and then it will only be 20 minutes at a time . . . so i guess im on the disabled runner list now too! Hopefully tf and mike come back full strength and make things interesting next fall cuz whoever wins state should have to work for it!

lol, sorry guys. the computers all suck in pocatello...i can't see the pics that clearly. i guess my bad eye site could also be a factor... anyways, that sucks john! i hope you can recover well. where are you going to college? are you gonna redshirt xc?

run4_69

im going to pomona college, which is in the LA area. it's d3 and costs a helluvalot so there's really no point in redshirting and paying for another year. im still gonna try to run xc (with lots ofcrosstraining and hopefully some miles by september) but will definitely be ready for track. i'll have fast guys to train with though (in xc they're the 2nd best d3 school in the west right now and they have a 3:45 1500 guy and a 29:50 10k guy) so it should be fun.

rustytf2

i used to live by pamona!!! i don't wanna give you a history of my life or anything...but i've lived all over CA and i lived in la verne and oak park(agoura, near thousand oaks)

tight! why'd u come back to idaho? anyway on the subject of this thread nick ran a 9:43 last night, so i feel bad for him cuz he was ready for a sub-9:20. hopefully all u fast juniors make up for it next year!

rustytf2
06-13-2006, 02:57 AM
ya i heard it was really crappy conditions tho, and not just from nick. plus its hard to peak 3 weeks after state.

john, when do you head for pomona?

run4_69
06-13-2006, 04:33 PM

idaho had its perks but there's no beating the beach and the weather here...only problem is san diego is the new LA and its expensive as hell.

my uncle bought a small house somewhere in san diego not to long ago ( year or two ) and it cost a good 700,000 dollars and it has like 3 rooms
