Official wild card list?

Is there anywhere to find an NJSIAA official list of MOC qualifiers? It is not up on the NJSIAA website. Is mctrack's list THE official list or could it be fraulo's site? Seems to me that the list should be created by the NJSIAA.

The lists on mctrack are official. The second one is a revised girls high jump list.

mctrack and Fraulo are hired by the njsiaa to handle this.
