I know i asked tyhis in the old dyestat, but does anyone know if Culver is back in the saddle yet? He got into an accident and broke his ankle, so i was wondering if he was running again. If you replied before the dyestat was re-done, could you quick write it up again?
thanks

I've never posted on these forums before, but I thought I would answer xi tank3200 question on how I am coming along after my injury. I took a total of 11 weeks off after the accident with no running. After about six weeks I was able to cross train fairly hard on the bike, so I kept my oxygen system in decent shape. Ive been back running now several weeks, and am at about 35 badger miles a week. I don't plan on competing at all this year in track, but am focusing on getting ready for cross in the fall. Its going to take me a while to get myself back into racing shape, but I expect my ankle to recover 100%. It's been a hard process, but I feel incredibly lucky to have the chance to run again.

Good luck for getting back into shape for Cross country. I know exactly how you feel with missing weeks of practice because of surgery-- it sucks

I think it depends on the pace they do the runs at. If a badger mile is at 7 minutes a mile im sure it wouldnt be much more than 10-15 miles than what they consider their miles.
