I had a good friend of mine who is a nutritionist talk to me about my eating habits and what i need to change. He had me change just about everything in my diet b/c i was eating pretty bad since school got out. Anyways i have been eating healthy for 4 weeks now and my strength has increased dramaticly, I didnt change my lifting routine, all I changed is what I ate.

I was wondering what all of yalls diets were, and how they affected your throwing and lifting.

My eating is really bad as far as too much sugar and things like that goes. But I always get a good amount of healthy fats, carbs, and proteins. Its just the extra bad stuff thats bad about it.
