Ok im running a 21.35 FAT right now and i plan to eat right, 300 situps/pushups everyday, and go and run 10 200's with a parachute on for the whole 1st semester do you think i can hit a 20.95 or better?

i do, but honestly if i were you i would ask my coach for workouts, instead of just doing what you THINK might be "right". which it may be, but w/out a doubt u can run that. i know one guy who went from a 22.5fat to a 21.08ish (fat). what state r u at?

You've got a good goal and the right work ethic, but I don't know that simply doing those things are going to help you. If you said doing those every once and a while along with a few different workouts mixed in (for example, something like quick 50 meter sprints implemented with some of your other workouts), then I'd say you've got a better shot at it.

But you only gave a small amount of info... maybe you are doing stuff like that.

ok then what else should i do....im also doing full bleachers and 2 400's a day
