Hey everyone, here's the deal...

I've got my class meet this Saturday. I'm seeded third in the 110m hurdles for my class. Now, the thing is, i don't know what to do during practice this week to lead up to Saturday for a huge performance. what are some things i should be doing??

thanks.

The hay is already in the barn.

Stretch, stay loose, do some light drills and perhaps some starts over a hurdle or two early in the week. Nothing strenuous, and nothing that will run the risk of injury. You've already put in the training, nothing you do between now and next weekend will really significantly improve your performance, just make sure you don't do anything to SABOTAGE your performance.

now my second question...

i'm also running the 300iH at the class meet. is there anything i can do help my performance without hurting my chances at the 110's?

Well, there are things you can do diet-wise (diet as in the food you eat, not diet as in "oh I have to lose weight") to help recovery between events and such, but it may not be the wisest thing to experiment with this for the first time at the class meet.

obviously, just try to stay off your feet the day before a meet, or atleast do light drills and work on your arms or something.
