any Holmdel up-date and help with Thompson

Has anyone heard anything offical on what meets will and won't be Holmdel. The latest "gossip" is that the State Meet and MOC will be there and the Central Jersey Sectioanl Meet moved to Thompson Park. If this is true, does anyone know where I can get a map of the course at Thompson? Out kids (and I'm sure many others) have not run there and will be take a few road trips up there and run the course a few times. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Shore Coaches Inv. is at Holmdel. So is the Monmouth County Meet.

These are facts. The state meet info is still speculation at this point, but may have become official without my knowledge. I have been on vacation and out of communication with Mr. Danser.

Good news about Holmdel. Just a question, is this just a 1-year fix? In other words, could they be back in the same position of uncertainty heading into the 2007 XC season?

Wait...next year!?!?! Oh no...how many days until MoC 2007???? Only like 465 or so???? Solve it now!

And while they're at it, somebody down there needs to turn on the a/c or perhaps install some more shade on the course AND put a Slurpee machine next to the fireplace inside. Man, it was hot down there Wednesday. Good to know the meet stays and fall will once again be fall in New Jersey.

Wait so what about the CJ sectionals? Are they also still at Holmdel or are they being moved to Thompson?

Holmdel Park has raised the fee. And they don't want anyone parking there.
They want people to come from the PNC commuter lot. Or holmdel High. They will let dual meets there because they make money with dual meets and they aren't to large. It is my opinion that the State is going to get fed up with all the stipulations(sp) they are to go through and will find a new home. The fans may get upset if they have to find parking elsewhere.

I would hope that the States and MOC remain there, even if they bagged the Shore Coaches & the Conference/County meets. They switched our South Sectional around so many times, there's no good history time-wise. But 30 years of Holmdel times, that would have been tough...

Anybody know what kind of track they are making down in Toms River? I mean like is it flat or banked, does it have a mondo surface or not. Has anybody found out or is this not been finalized yet
