It's a camp that takes place up in New Hampshire. I just thought it deserved a thread because it's so highly recommended for the runners in teh New England area. For any of those interested in going, or are going here's the place to discuss things.

What makes foss so good?

Low supervision. Not a whole lot is offered information-wise, it's just fun in that you have lots of free time to do what you want basically, but you're in the woods with lots of trails so you get in lots of running.

Boys and girls in a camp which, as LOHH mentioned, has very low supervision.

Mortimer was a guest speaker. Matt Downin is a current staff member. Said Ahmed was a former guest speaker, staff member, and camper.

Coaching staff rocks with Coach Maloney[BMR], Coach George Rose[Sacred Heart], Steve McChesney[Newton South], Mike Clark[Pinkerton], Rick Kates [Notre Dame Acad], Bill Oconnor[Woburn], Steve Infascelli[Sandwich],female staff has All-Americans, and Matt Dowin, Ahmed, Powell, Seth Williams, Powell, Sanchez have all been up there......best xperience I ever have had-if your an xc runner, it is awesome training........
