i had a great time there, got to meet a bunch of new people and have fun. the runnig was hard and i know it was a bit overwhelming to some of the other campers in faster groups. the food was wicked awesome and the counslers were cool. the lectures were actually entertaining and i got to play frisbee all week with chris solinsky :D  . the only thing i didn't like was that alot of the running was through the city where theres cars and stuff, that was kinda ghee

All the counselers at CoC are runners either on or previously on the Madison team or they somehow have connections to the team(i.e some OK State runners are counselers because their coach is friends with Wisconsin's coach).

that's a good idea, no one wants counselors who were not runners

Evan Jager set the #3 all-time time at the camp this year. The first 2 were held by Kiptoo

And I've heard that he didn't even have a scholarship as a freshman. No money for the camper with the 2 fastest times?? Wow.

Went to the Camp this year and met Bairu, Solinsky, Withrow and Tegankamp all in the same day!! It was absolutely nuts... for anyone thinking of going, I highly suggest it! :D

I went to the camp the summer of my junior year and thought it was a lot of fun. I remember running doubles pretty much everyday and playin frisbee pretty much every night. I would suggest going. It's a good expierence and gave me an idea of what it took to get to the next level.

dang, i cant go to one, because i am going to be on a mission trip, but i think i can go to 2, so i am pretty pumped, because me and some friends are probably going to end up road tripping up to wisco from oklahoma for this.

and also can someone give any insight into this 70 mile week of doom i've heard of, btw im going this summer so idk. thnks.

Depends what group you test into. I tested back of middle of the row.. like group 12 or 13 and we hit 50-55. Yes you play lots of frisbee. Theres a big tourney that lasts the whole week. My team was of all Fibs (look it up if you don't know) so me and our coach (Luke Rucks) wanted to be the FIBS because none of them knew what it was. In the end we decided on team Nobody, so you can't beat nobody and nobody beat you!
