i loved it. i'm going back next year as a counselor. it doesn't pay, but can't argue with a couple weeks free food, lodging, and running :D

its ok...i call it dance and hook up camp. if thats what you like go for it. but i recomend Flathead Distance Camp in montana (put on by tyson and the UofM coach) or Olympic Peaks at Fort Flagler in washington. This one is put on by the UW coachs and runners. Both are nike camps with lots of free stuff!

Flathead is much cheaper than most other Nike camps. The camp is not meant to run a profit. I went there in 2004 and 2005 and had a blast. I came home in some of the best shape of my life. It's a very personalized atmosphere at this camp as it is smaller than many others.
