HAHA YES THIS IS THE FIRST THREAD "HEADER" IN CAPS. ANYWAYS I AM TAKING A BREAK FROM DYESTAT TILL THANKSGIVING BREAK. I NEED TO FOCUS ON TRAINING HERE, I JUST GOT MY BUTT HANDED TO ME TODAY.... AND EVERYTIME I GET BEAT WHETHER IN A WORKOUT OR RACE IT KILLS SOMETHING IN ME. IT EATS ME UP. I DONT REALLY CARE IF THE RACE IS HUGE AND STACKED OR A GUY HAS A WAY BETTER PR. I AM NOT QUITE USED TO IT EITHER COMEING FROM A HIGH SCHOOL WERE I HAD A 3 AND A HALF MINUTE BETTER 5KM PR THAN THE OTHERS(NO TO TRAIN WITH). SO I WOULD LIKE TO JUST FOCUS ON RUNNING HERE FOR A BIT(OF COURSE GRADES AS WELL). I WILL BE RESIGNING MY POSITION AS PRESIDENT OF LOUISIANA AND HANDING THE RAINS OVER TO VARSITYCARDINAL08. I MIGHT TRY TO FIND TIME TO BE ON DYESTAT IF I WAS ELECTED VICE IN PLAYGROUND BUT THAT SHIP HAS OBVIOUSLY SAILED BY THE LOOKS OF THE VOTES. ANYWAYS TO RAP THINGS UP HAVE A GREAT UPCOMING XC SEASON AND I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK ON AND FIND OUT HOW EVERYONE DID AT XC STATE AND COLLEGE.
