that was probabaly the best air guitar playing i have ever seen.
i miss gmrc actually....it kept me entertained.

so you must now Andrew Judd Then who was in group one. hes gonna be good. whats the name of the person who ran in group 5 with me...curly hair and glasses...gonna be a softmore... what does he run timewise and is he even on varsity?

thats Harry, he ran about 450 in the mile, but hell have a good xc season, and no, hes not on varsity, though he will be leading our jv squad.

HEY!!!! SUNSHINE WHATS UP...i never knew you ran at Collegiate. that was funny same with the intro you guys did on wed night live. what time do you run right now and whats ur mileage...and any advice for shin splints?

nobody laughed at the skit we did at wed night live so it became kinda awkward....oh well.

we run in central and park and sometimes drive to VCP. Central Park actually isnt a bad place to train, you'd be suprised.

As for shin splints, just ice, run easy and less mileage on a soft surface, and to make up for less mileage cross train by biking or using the elliptical machine. swimming is great too if you do it seriously

me: 15:52

wow...thats sick...hopefully our team, hall high school be good. this is our build up year but next season i think we'll do well. I just want to make new englands this year thats my goal. im gonna try to run 1630's this year.

Which weeks were everybody there? I was there second week, and I know the Collegiate guys were as well. How bout everybody else? I was in group 5, week 2, I was on the skins team in capture the flag. That's all that really would distinguish me.

No kidding! I was standing in the goal box with a few other skins at one point all trying to stay away from you, and all of a sudden some kid on our team comes flying in and just dives straight through like 4 of you guys to the flag. It got to the point where I could easily have seen a major injury.

Obviously Collegiate is a great track team and by virtue of their 6th place finish at Feds last year, a good XC team. But I think they have a lot to prove in order to be considered a great XC team. On the whole, they aren't as good over 2 miles as the mile. It will be interesting to see how they handle The Bowdoin Park 5k at the Feds on 11/18. I think they're going to come up a bit short - 2nd or 3rd place.

yo Konirunner, i was the guy that got Niko and helped him off the field. He was a nice guy, i met him week 1 last year. And if anyone was doing slide tackles and got slapped really hard, that would be me. I just moved the to the side, and instead of taggin, i just started bitchslapping lol.

Hell yeah, that was so sweet! Every minute or so, someone (usually pizzle) on our team would gather a group of people together and just yell something like, "all right guys, we're gonna go in there as a group and get that flag, okay, and chaaaaaarge!" And they'd take off sprinting into the other territory by themselves, while we all watched. I know I did this myself several times.

On another note, can I get some support on this from everyone who was there week 2? Was Jojo not robbed in the lipsynching contest? I mean that was amazing, she totally should've won!! actually i felt a little bad, cuz everyone was totally mocking her the whole time and she thought we loved it

Cred for what? What have they done so far this XC season? Nothing. There ranked 11th in the country off of track times which I think is still pretty good. Im sure if there better than 11th they'll show us tomorrow, they don't need you whining about it.
