all better than CA teams? Not sure about that yet ... Royal and Jesuit are both very good teams.

I think they always run in the Hilander Invite (Sep. 16), but other than that who knows ... Mead went to Richland (Oct. 7) last year, and Stanford the last couple years (Sep. 30)... with a new coach, who knows if they will still go to those. A Boise runner let out on the national forum that Mead might have been thinking about going to Firman, but that's just a rumor for now, I haven't heard anything from anyone saying that's true, so I wouldn't count on that happening

that's a pretty tough schedule ... you going to need to put on new spikes for that? ;)

might as well just run in your trainers all year if that's the case

ha yea, but not to mention the DUAL MEET with Ferris or regionals with ferris or highlander invite(which we don't take that seriously) but still with ferris, who are underrated, i would not be suprised if we, mead/ferris went 1-2 at nationals in any order, but Stanford invite= ROYAL Vs. MEAD Vs. FERRIS Vs. JESUIT, that is gonna be some baller shizz

oh come on, 1-2 at nationals? Ferris will be solid, again, but will they actually run well at NTN for once?

maybe they'll be top-5 if they run like they do at WA State, but only one big invite all season? that's just weak. You better not have an off race there, or else you might get screwed at the end... can't always ride tradition into NTN.

true, they can be hot and cold, but we have several key injuries right now and will most likley lose the first couple times we race, so unless those guys get healthy before stanford which would mean a medical phenom, you are right, but state doesn't lie and our goal is to get our guys healthy by then, it's that bad, even still tradiation never lies and you will see what i'am talking about if you follow us, see ya at NTN, haha

Ferris should have a really good schedule, I havent talked to Mike about what meets they are doing but in the period of 8 days they have a quad-duel against Central Valley (#22) on wednesday the 13th, Then they face Mead (#2) and Central Valley at the Highlander on Saturday, then they face Mead the following wednesday in a tri-duel.

Richland shouldn't be bad this year either. Lake Stevens was there last year, don't know if they'll be back, but don't see why not. mead won't dominate like last year. or at least not to the extent as last year

I don't know, the possibility of 3 in the top 5 is pretty dominating ... especially when their 3/4/5/6 runners will all probably be top-15, too. Just because Lake Stevens gets 2 in before Mead's #3/4/5/6 (somewhere in there) doesn't mean Mead didn't dominate ;)

i think he ment they wont dominate if ferris is in that race as well. acctually if you think about it that would be an awesome race to see considering they are my pick for the top 3 4A teams.
