It was just a matter of time before Kinger made a thread about Ian Waterhouse. I'll save him the trouble. :D Does anyone know if he has run in any meets thus far?

Ian ran a 1200 leg Saturday on RV's DMR and looked good. This being his first race on the track since Raleigh last spring, his plan was to settle in the first 800 and then work the last 400. He was out in 2:15 or so and then came home in 61. He ran a 51-high leg on the 4x4 about seven hours later.
RV will probably put together a good sprint medley at Bridgeton Saturday with Ian on the 800. He's real encouraged with the way he's regaining his fitness and thinks he'll be ready to run some PRs by June.
