runinstripes are you guys comming here for the blue devil relays saturday?, i know you guys usually do, but i was just wondering.

True...We are going to run the DM too so we wont be fresh..What other teams are planning on coming?

i was talking to a kid from Randolph this saturday at huskie relays and he said they will be there

Phillipsburg was looking for a place to run a hot dm this weekend. I suggested westfield since cranford was loading it up. So they should be running as well. P-burg can go 10:20 or faster. 3/4 guy ran 3:10 last year, should get no worse than 2 flat from 800, 50 point from 400. that puts them at around 6:00 heading into josh davis, who is pretty much a lock for 4:20 or faster.

cranford 10:24, randolph ran in the 10:30's at some point, p-burg can be right there, then old bridge, not too sure what old bridge is capable of.

then those teams with a possible double in the 4x800
