I was there. I had a really good time. Organized very well and there was plenty to do but also time to relax/recover from the running. College runners were really involved and taught us a lot.

I went... I think it was 4 years ago now, and it was pretty sweet. Probably not the same as when I went, but it was a lot of fun and you learned a lot about running. I would recommend.

Went 3 years ago, it was a good camp. Got your mileage in and everything. The BEST BEST Part of the camp is the food. They have a great cafeteria. They actually have like 7 cafeteria's, 5 of them is all you can eat buffet. I was there when Bruce Hyde, Emory Mort, & Oliver Tassanari were counselors. Great counselors to talk to. They have some nice trails here and there. One of the 5 days, I think the 3rd day they make you do a anaerobic treshold run for about 15-20 mins depending on how fast you are for 2.9 miles (this is from 3 years ago they might've changed it a little). Also last day of camp they would have a fun race that was about 2 miles long divided by probaby 3-5 teams and everyone race just to have fun and such. I recommend the camp if you want to have a good time. Not a bad camp at all.

rojo told me hes very involved with it, and we run with the team and stuff

me and 3 of my friends are going this summer to gear up for the season, we'll be putting in at least an average of 15 miles a day if they have us doubling

I definitely wish I could go this year, but I already have a job elsewhere. I'm hoping that if I stay the next summer to do research I'll be able to help counseling or at least just go and hang out and run. Definitely a great opportunity.
