well the texas relays is the same weekend so I think I will be down there. It as an awesome meet though it's a college meet too so there's tons of coaches.

hey Israel I can tell you real easy and simple how to throw the 2k disc. Pick it up do a lil whirly thing and chuck it real far. Just my words of wisdom.

well here's my advice to throw the hammer/weight throw farther.....do the twirly bird round round really fast then release that mug.

i throw hammer about 20 feet so yeah.

haha thanks walter i'll keep that in mind... naw it's coming along though it's just heavy as piss. i've been standthrowing over 40meters with 1/2 turns at 43meters but i'm still a light wieght i'll learn. Walter were are you taking visits to?

Not bad not bad. I went to UNC a couple weekends ago. And im going to Virginia and Oregon. Only those three as of now.

Sounds like everyones goin pretty well. On a random note, Why didnt you get to outdoor states for shotput last year?

it was too far away. If i went to states it would be just another 12hr trip both ways and it will take away from my training and will make me more fatigued. So if I dont have to go that far why? Im hoping its a little closer to LI this year so we dont have to drive all the way across the state when its very easy to have it in the middle of the state. I will def be at indoors tho.

Cornell, its about an hour closer for me than going to Buffalo but its indoors and im not as serious indoors as i am outdoors.
