Funny story.

So we have a new massage guy this year. Last night we're talking about his days of running at Wake back in the mid 90s. He mentioned something about being from Asheville and one thing lead to another and it turns out that he used to work at SMRC, too. Small world.

i'll be honest with you.

benson took two guys who were/are kind of a big deal at smrc and brought them up to gmrc last year (not this summer, but the one before).

they both agreed gmrc was better.

i am pretty sure brian deal said that smrc was more fun. but that gmrc had nicer trails. the kids at SMRC are what make it great and the amazing staff.

that being said i think might do a couple of weeks at GMRC next year.
