YES!!!!!!! Haha, Roondawg is my running partner, so i always have to give him props when ppl comment on him, great PR, i wanna see a state title next ;)

u didnt do so bad urself noonan. 1005 i believe? which is better ur 3000 time or ur 2 mile time. what did u run for ur 3000 again like 92ish? well good job again and a state title would be awesome! go KERN COUNTY!!!!!

Anderson previously only ran a 4:15 high 1600m, about a 4:17 mile equivalent...so yeah, this was like a fat PR, like 5 sec+

Ha...nah that race sucked, i ran 912 at pasadena and i've run 954 for the 32, i wanted to go under 940, but i took 3 days off the week of arcadia, dont ask me why...
