I fractured my foot this past tuesday during an easy training run. First of all, i was really bummed because i had just made all-conf (8th) and regionals was 4 days away. Making all-conf was a big deal for me bc i came in 40th last year and was the 8th man on my team but i worked really hard this summer. Im gonna be out for at least six weeks (more if i need surgery to put a screw in my foot) and i wanted to know what i should do while im hurt so that i can do as well as i can this spring for track. im open to any suggestions.
