What sophmores or juniors this year do u think will have breakout years, especially now that we have 3 classes? I mean potentential all staters, sub 15 runners, or top 10 at state.

Upstate 8 conference... has alot of guys that will be really good but just from my team i think with another season of training Desilva and Speare will be a good 1-2 punch at SCN, and Waubonsie is looking really strong with the Shumacher brothers (or are they twins) along with Shea and Lorenz (i am pretty sure he has a twin brother), then Derrick and the Riddler leading the pack.

Well since it seems as if this is going to be by conference, i'll say in the WSC gold and silver, chances for breakout sesaons next year will be; Achtein, Smulkin, the rest of their army that they've got at York, but those 2 in particular. A few LT guys like lyons, Janusek, Campbell. Silver from DGN along with Fielder from HC. Also Vlcek and Denk from HS, and Shmid from DGS. Maybe even Stapleton from willowbrook.

devon dudding from edwardsville and aaron werths from granite city will be really strong next year to they will deff be ones to watch out for.

out of curiosity, is this thread for THIS year's juniors and sophs...or the people that WILL be sophs and juniors next year?

if its the former, then watch out for Moe Bahrani from VH next year, he ran 15:20 this year and he's a really dedicated runner who will train hard to improve.

uhh.... Ralph Woolard...he'll be a junior next year....i think he'll be one to look out for in two years.....
