wow, i'm definitely not satisified with my performance there. i completely underestimated the heat and humidity. wow, it felt terrible

thanks, its time to give these legs some rest though. it'll be nice to take a solid 10 days off in europe and then get some serious training in when i get back

hey Hatch...you ran good. It was Hella humid ..anyways was just going to tell you good job cuz i didnt know of any other way to get ahold of you ...we all know you can run faster we have seen the results.

yeah you too man, great run. your pace was right on the entire time except the first and last lap of course. meet record too, not too shabby.......
