What are everyone's goals for next year?

I'm a junior who throws 125 in disc and i want to hit 145 next year.

well i'm a freshman (girl) who threw 91' 8" in disc but consistently threw over 100 in practice so i'm gonna do a lot of off seson training and i'm hoping to get to state (117' 6") but if not that at least over 110'... in shot i'm just hoping to get over 33'...maybe 35' even?

Shot Put 52' (personal best 45')

Hammer 185' (personal best 150')

Shot- 44 feet (pr 38'6")

Disc- 120 feet (pr 96'9")

Hammer 110 feet (pr 83'6")
