Wow, no one even answered the q. I dunno, it seems like a valid question. Usually the size of a persons feet determine their height, and in turn, height usually determines stride, so maybe.

No, I think they still have belly buttons because the embyro is still implanted in the womb where it attaches and grows like a normal baby. They don't just live in a tube for nine months, but hey I'm not a doctor so I could still be wrong.

yea here i'll clear up the science on this test tube babies are geneticlly engineered so they don't need any nutrients while they are in the womb so they obviously wouldn't need belly buttons
