1/8" pyramid for state relays
Incorrect, I called Don Danser and asked whether the regs were incorrect when they printed 1/8" needle spikes and said it was meant to be needles so I had them ordered 3 day from Cali (VS) on monday got here today I'm quite happy I did this cause I knew if I didn't coach wasn't going to.

What is the difference between the spikes? Which of the spikes are more commonly used in distance spikes (such as Asics spikes)?

No I thought you had a typo, which you kind of do.

Whether they are checking or not - kids should wear the recommend spike type so that the track doesn't get torn up !

It doesn't matter as long as they are 1/8". This was on Friday.
Also - look at the picture in the Ledger of the guy running. Looks like
he is wearing at least 1/4" 1/8" are hard to see in that shoe.

I wonder if the NJSIAA could "supply" the correct spikes for the meets. Check in, pick up numbers and spikes (the correct length). Just wondering out loud any thougths?
