Council Rock North (PA) took Boys 4x8 in 8:11.5 with WW-P N 2nd in 814.7

she ran 2:17.5 in sm and 2:14.9 in 4x800.

She was pretty far down to HV when she got the baton and I got her in 31/33 for the first two laps in the 4 x 8.

he didn't run a race yesterday, but had a good workout according to his coach.

As for Boston, the plan as of now is for him to run.
