Their 3k times from winter qualify them for the 5k. Williams ran 8:31 in Boston at the Valentines Day invite and Abdallah ran 8:35 at UAA's. Recently, Williams ran 14:50 at the Sam Howell Invite at Princeton.

Count me in the Jr. Nats qualifiers... 3000mSC 9:32.48!! 23 sec. PR... only my 3rd try at the distance. I hope to find a groove and shoot for that IC4A (9:16)

Shep...so hot right now. Now just get a kick and maybe you'll win some races ;)

BTW, to put this in perspective, Shep only ran about 10:00 3200m last year. He's now going about 1 second slower per lap over barriers. I would not be surprised to see him go last year's 3200m pace over barriers by the end of the season.

hahaha, good one matt... and king, sorry to steal ur thunder! i gotta give it to Ambar Patel tho, he snuck up on me and made a great move down the home stretch. im glad i could help him get the big east qualifier. but i like being the dark horse, and hopefully at penn relays (albeit in the slow heat :( ) ill be able to PR again.
