Nassau County Girls

There was a poll similer to this last year and i started to make on this year? Who do you think will be the best cross country runner in nassau county and why? My pick is Rush though it will be very close. Rush has improved dramatically since xc season according to her track times.

rush will own nassau for all of next year - i think she'll win xc by a good amount even though it hasnt been her strongest season so far - welch and krifchin will challenge her but i dont think they have a good shot at taking her down

this was a tough choice...but Trush has been improving so much everytime i've seen her race. krifchin ran a nice 5k on the track though @ empire trials last week.

Rush is probably the greatest female distance runner in nassau. Over the past few years she has improved SO much! She has also pushed all of nassau's girls to the national level. I last raced her at Loucks in the mile and she showed a lot of guts. I hope that she keeps on improving throughout her senior year.
