Racewalking

I want to know how many of you are racewalkers and if you are can you tell me what kind of practices you do because i want to see what other racewalkers do. (and please can we leave out any discriminating comments against racewalking)

My walkers train primarily like other distance athletes, but I do add in specific work to deal with proper stride length, posture and arm swing. There are other drills that go into the plan that work on stride rate, as well. If you want details, send me a private msg.
