i went 2 years ago and dident see ne sick spikes
the camp was alright i guess. lots of classes on stuff you most likly know already. the runs were ok but not anyfaster than i would have done at home. i also have a big problem with how they divide the groups. i was in the 2nd to slowest at the beggining then had to pretty much beg to be allowed into the "A" group.

i went there the last 2 years. main attraction is pat tyson, pre's college roommate and former Mead XC coach. he tells stories about pre which is pretty cool. 2005 was sick because there was a dance. last year was kind of gay because they canceled it. pretty hot girls though.
