Which camp??

I'm thinking about attending a running camp this summer. I've narrowed it down to a few which I think would be most beneficial. Which of these do you guys think would be the best and/or have any of you been to any of these??

Flagstaff, AZ Nike camp
Rocky Mountain Cross Country Camp
Boulder Running Camp
