Is anyone going to 5 star XC camp in NY? I went there last year and had a great time. The counselors were amazing and the running was great. They had some really great speakers including Henry Rono who is actually going to stay at camp for the full week. Dick Beardsley is also coming back and always tells some of the funniest stories. Hearing what he went through is not only inspiring but heart warming. I really suggest that everyone at least checks out the camp and there website. The running was great and there was no pressure to run too fast or too much outside of what you can handle. If anyone has any questions you can PM me. Check out the website www.5starxc.com
