As Dyestatum Imperator I have decreed that the only way to oust me as Dyestatum Imperator is by beating me in Medieval 2 v1.2 or Rome:Total War SPQR Mod 6.3.

Why? Because I love those games.

I have to uninstall Rome and then reinstall it, and then after the battle I have to reinstall the current mod I'm playing, plus I have a nice little empire going now so restarting it will be a pain.

Filling your center line with light infantry that move backwards causing the entire army to be encircled? That works with an aggressive enemy. That's one of the reasons why the Romans were destroyed so easily by Hannibal: they met him on the battlefield on his terms. Hannibal finally lost when the Romans prepared and put Hannibal on their terms.
