pretty much what grade you are in in running has no effect on anything, if you're the fastest sophomore now, chances are there will be about 3 or 4 underclassmen that will be faster still when you're a senior

Will Edgington, Manchester, deserves mention in anything 800-5k.
As does James Wyper of Darien, who put up some impressive 1600 and 3200 times indoor as well as a gutsy 8k (?) run and quick XC times.

Yeah, he and his bro are legit soccer players. Brendon is a better miler than Keaton, although keaton hasn't run it lately. Hopefully we'll see a sub 2 split from keaton at trinity on friday. Staples has a pretty stacked 4x8 team. Somewhere below 8:10. But we'll see what's in store.

I'm pretty sure their uncle played soccer in college as well... random fact of the day for you.

Depends... i finished last season running 52.7 at the class S meet, but i haven't broken 54 this year. Depends on what your training is and if you get injured or not.

I ran 2:36 and 4:28 indoor but never ran the 3200...
James Wyper hit low 4:30's in the 16 and dipped under 10 by a few seconds in the 32 indoor as well.
