Ok here we go...

Im new to competitive throwing and i am worried about my arm. I throw jav disc and shot. And since im a value to my team i need to keep my arm heathy. Does any one have any good stretches or hints for post and pre practice and post and pre meets.

I think its important to schedule a rest day (or two) for your arm into your training. Try to keep a log on your workouts and how many times you throw. We did that recently on a thrower who had leveled off. Felt he should take a day off during the week where he did plyo's and some other conditioning and no throwing. He steadily started throwing farther again.
