I thought you might know the answer to this:
is there an easy way to get to an athlete's iaaf career page (ie http://www.iaaf.org/athletes/athlete=186765/BioPopUp.html for bellani)
I've never been able to find it, and those pages are fantastic.

Go to google.com and type this in...
Alan Webb Biography site:iaaf.org/athletes
Google will only search in the iaaf.org/athletes folder for a webpage which has the words Alan Webb Biography. The results will show very little webpages, so the actual result will be extremely easy to find, and will probably be the only result or two on the results page. Put the athletes name at the start of the search and when you want to search for another person just change the name to Hicham El Guerrouj or somebody.
